Modera Pearl

SD was retained as the landscape architect for Mill Creek’s Modera Pearl apartments. With sustainability as the focus of our work on this project, we developed plans for a 28,000 SF eco-roof system with facilities for stormwater runoff. Designs for a raised private residential courtyard encourage social engagement among residents with site amenities including a community grill, shade structures, rooftop pool & spa, and fire tables. We coordinated green street requirements, landscape lighting, stormwater planter designs, and pedestrian circulation. We achieved all requirements to receive LEED Silver certification.
